These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the New Milton Studios LTD website, mobile applications, APIs, content, features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

NEW MILTON STUDIOS LTD, a company incorporated in United Kingdom with registered office at 71-75 SHELTON STREET, LONDON, WC2H 9JQ ("New Milton Studios LTD", "we", "us", or "our"), operates the Service.
New Milton Studios LTD does not provide emergency, crisis-intervention, medical, mental-health, psychiatric, legal, financial, therapy, licensed professional, or formal clergy-penitent advice. If you or any other person is in danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support service immediately.

Effective Date and Scope
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" includes that organisation.

Eligibility, Territory and Minors
You may use the Service only if you can lawfully enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian and only where such use is lawful in your location.
New Milton Studios LTD may limit, suspend, or refuse access in particular countries, regions, or territories where local law, licensing constraints, sanctions, product restrictions, or operational limitations make access inappropriate or unavailable.

Nature of the Service and Automated Outputs
New Milton Studios LTD provides Scripture references, devotional reflections, Christian themes and imagery, and Ask feature responses for informational, educational, and devotional use.
Ask responses and related outputs may be generated, assembled, summarised, ranked, translated, filtered, or otherwise produced in whole or in part by automated systems.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, disputed, denomination-sensitive, context-sensitive, or unsuitable for your circumstances. New Milton Studios LTD does not warrant that any output is doctrinally authoritative, pastorally suitable, emotionally safe, or appropriate for a particular user or situation.

No Professional, Emergency or Formal Pastoral Advice
New Milton Studios LTD does not provide medical, mental-health, psychiatric, legal, financial, crisis-intervention, emergency, therapy, licensed professional, or formal clergy-penitent advice.
The Service is not suitable for crisis, self-harm, abuse, violence, coercion, exploitation, emergency, or any circumstance in which immediate professional, pastoral, safeguarding, or emergency assistance is required. If you or any other person is in danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support service immediately.
No Scripture selection, devotional reflection, Ask response, or other output should be understood as directing you to take or refrain from taking action in relation to health, treatment, mental wellbeing, safeguarding, relationships, family affairs, finances, legal matters, or safety.

Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and promptly update it where necessary.
You must notify New Milton Studios LTD without undue delay if you suspect unauthorised access, account compromise, or any security incident affecting your account.

User Content and Licence
You are solely responsible for content you submit to the Service, including prompts, questions, messages, support requests, profile details, uploaded material, and other communications ("User Content").
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases necessary to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.
You grant New Milton Studios LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, support, troubleshoot, improve, and legally comply in connection with the Service, all subject to the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use, Moderation and Takedown
You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
Prohibited conduct includes using the Service in connection with self-harm, violence, coercion, abuse, exploitation, hate, unlawful discrimination, phishing, malware, scraping, unauthorised data extraction, reverse engineering except where non-excludable law permits it, or infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights.
New Milton Studios LTD may remove content, suspend access, investigate reports, preserve evidence, or make disclosures where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, rights enforcement, or platform integrity.

New Milton Studios LTD may maintain a reporting and takedown process for complaints relating to unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, impersonation, privacy violations, or other misuse. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal or account termination.
Intellectual Property

New Milton Studios LTD and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, layouts, graphics, compilations, databases, reflections, output-formatting logic, and non-public materials, except where rights are expressly attributed to third parties.
Except as expressly permitted by mandatory law or by written permission from New Milton Studios LTD, you may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

Third-Party Services and App Stores
The Service may rely on third-party providers, including cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash diagnostics, authentication, subscription systems, advertising platforms, app stores, payment processors, and anti-abuse services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. New Milton Studios LTD is not responsible for third-party availability, acts, omissions, billing practices, privacy practices, or content.
Where you download or access the Service through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, you acknowledge that the relevant marketplace terms may also apply. To the extent of any inconsistency relating to billing, refunds, entitlement administration, platform rules, or mandatory app-store wording, the relevant marketplace terms shall govern those matters.

Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
Paid features, if offered, may be billed through app stores, payment processors, and subscription-management platforms.
Subscription periods, free trials, renewal mechanics, taxes, and billing timing will be presented to you at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled.
You are responsible for managing, downgrading, or cancelling your subscription through the platform or channel through which you purchased it. Cancellation will usually take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless applicable law or the platform rules require otherwise.
Refunds, where available, are governed by applicable law and by the refund rules of the billing platform used for the transaction. New Milton Studios LTD does not promise refunds where the relevant app store or payment platform does not provide them, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
New Milton Studios LTD may change pricing for future billing periods on reasonable prior notice where required by law or platform rules. Continued use after the effective date of a notified price change constitutes acceptance of the revised price unless you cancel beforehand.

Consumer Rights Savings
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, cooling-off right, withdrawal right, or other non-excludable right that applies under mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
Where local law grants a right to withdraw from a digital-content or digital-service contract, and where that right can lawfully be lost once performance begins, New Milton Studios LTD may request the consents and acknowledgements required by applicable law before immediate access is provided.

Availability, Warranty Disclaimer and Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New Milton Studios LTD disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where non-excludable, death or personal injury caused by negligence where non-excludable, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the preceding sentence, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New Milton Studios LTD's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to New Milton Studios LTD for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) GBP 100.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New Milton Studios LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, reputation, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Milton Studios LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

Suspension, Termination and Effect of Termination
New Milton Studios LTD may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, operational integrity, non-payment, or Terms enforcement.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If account deletion functionality is made available, New Milton Studios LTD may retain limited information after deletion where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, audit, backup cycles, or enforcement.
Clauses that by their nature should survive termination, including those dealing with intellectual property, accrued payment obligations, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and indemnity, will survive termination.

Dispute Resolution, Governing Law and Urgent Relief
These Terms and any non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts of United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms prevents New Milton Studios LTD from seeking urgent, interim, injunctive, or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, platform integrity, or user safety.|

Changes to the Service and Terms
New Milton Studios LTD may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
New Milton Studios LTD may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means before they take effect where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability, Waiver and Contact
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
